Abstract |
This photo was created by Kenton Doupe by taking a photo of the Wah Chung Lung Co and Wing Woo Chung Co Chinese merchant buildings taken in 1925 and taking another photo in the same location in July 2018 to show how the city of Saskatoon has changed. These buildings were part of the dismantling that took place during the city's decision to demolish Chinatown in 1929, and now the site is the location of part of River Landing. The photo ID# is LH-4148. The photo is housed at the Saskatoon Public Library Local History Room and any further use or dissemination of this photo must receive permission from the Public Library. Any use of this photo must also receive permission from Kenton Doupe as he is the creator of the photo in it's current state. |
