This is a photograph created by Kenton Doupe to show the changes Saskatoon has undergone over the years. The interior photo is of 19th Street at the intersection with third avenue as it appeared in around 1906. The outside photo was taken in July of 2018 from the same location. As is evident, the scene has changed dramatically in the century since the old photo was taken. The photo ID# for the interior photo is LH-1. The photo is housed at the Saskatoon Public Library Local History Room and any further use or dissemination of this photo must receive permission from the Public Library. As well, any use of this photo must also receive permission from Kenton Doupe, as he is the creator of this photograph. |
