Note | Nervous Sufferers, through the multiplicity of causes which deplete the body's vitality, constantly find themselves the victims of insomnia, depressed spirits, treacherous and failing memory. These, and the long train of distressing symptoms in which nervous and bodily weakness are prominent features make life a burden. SANATOGEN offers not merely a respite but a cure for the condition which produced these symptoms. Similarly, to the millions of Malaria Victims whose blood is depleted by the ravages of the Malaria microbe, so that they suffer for Anaemia, progressing towards Cachexia, or are already afflicted with that terrible complaint, Sanatogen holds out the promise of cure. Its revitalising and energising power stimulates the blood-forming centres to such activity that the red blood corpuscles rapidly increase, the anaemia and the cachexia are soon cured and patient's health is entirely restored. Hundred of doctors throughout India have testified to the efficacy of Sanatogen in such cases and thousands of grateful patients have borne testimony to the same effect. Here are two typical examples: The Hon. Mr. Justice Robertson —Judge, Supreme Court, Lahore: "My experience so far with Sanatogen has been very favourable. I took it for some weeks during the most trying season of the year— June, July, August—in Lahore and in the Punjab plains, and found it a great strengthener." Mr. Shirley Tremearne —Editor of "Capital," Calcutta : "I cannot speak too highly of Sanatogen, which I took for some time during a sharp attack of Fever. It restored me once more to full vigour. In fact I was better and stronger than before the attack." Sanatogen can be obtained from all chemists and bazaars. Instructive pamphlet for The Sanatogen Comp. (of London), P.O. Box 226, Bombay. Abstract | This is a text and image ad for Sanatogen "Life Food and Nerve Tonic". The ad describes Sanatogen as a cure for conditions producing nervous debility and for anaemia and cachexia caused by malaria. The ad uses testimonials to support its claims of efficacy. The ad contains an illustration of a female statue in a crown draped dress, reminiscent of The Statue of Liberty, holding a box labelled "Sanatogen" above her head in her right arm. The pedestal that the statue is on says "SANATOGEN THE LIFE FOOD AND NERVE TONIC WITH LASTING EFFECTS". There is a crowd of people looking up at the statue - some are dressed in suits and hats, some are dressed in military attire, some are wearing turbans and dressed in casual attire, and one person is on an elephant. The background is composed of a distant castle in front of a mountain range. |
