Note	COUSIÑO MACUL. ORIGEN: Chile. PROVEEDOR: Viñedos Cousiño Macul. PRESENTACIÓN: Botella Borgoña, Alsacia y Bordelesa con nuevas etiquetas. 750c.c, 12 G.L. Variedades: Rosado. Tinto (Antiguas Reservas y Don Luis). Blanco (Chardonnay, Doña Isidora y Don Luis). CARACTERÍSTICAS. ANTIGUA RESERVAS es del cepaje 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cultivado en las más altas y escarpadas pendientes del viñedo Macul, en el suelo delgado y pedregoso, con aire frío. Después de fermentación cuidadosa y separada se añejan por espacio de 3 años en toneles y 2 más en botellas antes de ser dados al consumo. Los sabores balanceados de ANTIGUA RESERVAS hacen que sea un vino rico, profundo, cálido y robusto. Su "bouquet" es complejo, con perfume a frutas y roble. DON LUIS es un vino tinto del cepaje Cebernet-Savignon, suavizado con Merlot. CHARDONAY es un vino blanco, producto de los cepajes mismo de Chardonay. Doña ISIDORA es un vino blanco elaborado con la muy afamada cepa de Riesling. DON LUIS vino blanco, suave, es del cepaje de Sauvignon. El Rosado es un vino ligero y afrutado, del cepaje Cabernet- Sauvignon. Para mejor "bouquet", los vinos Cousiño Macul deben dejarse reposar un mínimo de 15 minutos antes del consumo.

Red (Ancient reserve and Don Luis) White (Chardonnay, Doña Isidora y Don Luis) CHARACTERISTICS ANCIENT RESERVES 100% from the Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Cultivated in the highest and steep slopes of the Macul vineyard, in the slim and rocky land, with cold air. After a careful fermentation and separation, they age for 3 years in barrels and 2 more years in bottles before your consumption. The flavors beautifully balanced from ANCIENT RESERVES make a delicious, warm, deep, and robust wine. Its "bouquet" is complex, with an oak and fruit perfume. DON LUIS is a red wine from the Cabernet-Sauvignon vines, smoothed out with Merlot. CHARDONNAY is a white wine, product from the Chardonnay vines. DOÑA ISIDORA is a white wine made with the famous Riesling vines. DON LUIS white wine, mild, from the Sauvignon vine. The Rosé is a light and fruity wine from the Cabernet-Sauvignon vine. For the best "bouquet," the wines Cousiño Macul should rest for 15 minutes.
