The Quality of Neilson's is not Strained | ONE, William Shakespeare, created a character, Portia, who said to Shylock, "The quality of mercy is not strained." People who have read it have never forgotten it. But few reflect that the quality of anything is not strained. If it were, then it would cease to be quality. What, then, do we mean by adapting it to Neilson's? Just this: that from the cocoa-beans of which we make our coatings, to the fruits, nuts, creams and other confetions that we use for fillings, we use only the finest materials. This quality is also paramount in our process of manufacture, and packing, because many a box of chocolates is bought on appearance. Although the artistry of our boxes may not appeal to all, it certainly will appeal to people of refinement. And it is these people who will most apprecaite the delicacy of flavour and unstrained quality of Neilson's Chocolates. Neilson's "The Chocolates that are Different" |
