Secretary Gauthier acknowledges Chief Dreaver's January 23, 1962 letter stating that he had not objected to a Communist Party of Canada convention as Gauthier had alleged via correspondence on January 19, 1962. In the February 15, 1962 correspondence, Secretary Gauthier apologizes for his previous error. |
